Business Ops Specialist (part-time)

About the Position
This role requires fluency in both German and English
This is a part-time (50-80%) role in Berlin
We're at an exciting stage and are looking to expand the team. We are looking for a part-time Business Operations Specialist who will support ZyseMe across a variety of topics while maintaining smooth processes. You will be reporting to our COO and coordinating closely with the whole team. Your tasks will include:
Business controlling:
Processing inbound invoices and expenses
Preparing regular KPI reports
Maintaining business records, reports and files
Improving ZyseMe's controlling process (e.g., better coordination with external accountants)
Performing ad hoc data analyses
Customer success:
Data entry for order operations
Improving ZyseMe's order operations (e.g., proposing ways to automate)
Creating outbound invoices for ZyseMe's customers
Triaging general email and phone inquiries
Other topics:
Hiring process management (e.g., scheduling interviews, organizing onboarding)
Assistance in cross-functional projects/tasks as needed
About You-Requirements
Must have:
You have experience with business operations topics such as controlling (invoice accounting, KPI reporting) and process management
You have excellent communication skills in both German and English.
You're highly organized, detail-oriented and reliable.
You're resourceful, self-motivated, and you get stuff done with minimal supervision.
You're undaunted by numbers, varying tasks and complicated processes.
You act with foresight and like to take the initiative.
You're empathetic and navigate team dynamics with ease.
You are proficient in Google Suite tools (incl. Sheets and Slides) and easily adapt to new software.
You have worked at other fast-paced companies.
Nice to have:
You are proficient in SQL.
You have experience in topics related to HR.
