HYBerlin offers 10 free tickets for Berlin Geekettes!

HY Berlin, a new launchpad event series will kick off on October 16th at 4pm with a blast at Radialsystem (Holzmarktstr. 33). 12 startups will pitch infront of a jury, press, investors and the Berlin tech community to win a massive prize package of 10.000€, trips to Silicon Valley, tickets to the GA European Buffet, 7.500€ worth of PR, premium accounts to Podio.

The contestants were chosen out of far over 100 applicants from over 20 countries around the globe. They were invited based on the disruptiveness of their product, the attractiveness of the market they address, the capability of the team, their USP and the feasibility of their business model.

The competition called for ‘global startups’ to apply, i.e. startups that address a global problem and market. In addition to the competing youngsters, Berlin startup veterans will launch new products and features during the event, so prepare for lots of cool new things to play with! The whole idea behind HY Berlin is to give a dedicated stage to those who deserve it and to cut away all noise that usually distracts from the very core of tech entrepreneurship: the products we build and the value we try to create.

Owing to our very own Jess Erickson, Founder of Berlin Geekettes, who also serves on the board of HY Berlin, there are 10 free spectator tickets for interested Geekettes up for grabs!

First-come, first-served! See you on Tuesday! :-)
